Prepare to reassess how far one woman's passion for all things equine can go, in a show where the horse obsessed become the horse possessed.
HORSE kicks the stable door open and rides bareback through a comically surprising landscape of everything Equestrian.

HORSE premiered at the 2009 Edinburgh Fringe Festival where it was nominated for a Total Theatre Award for Devised Performance.

In 2010 it was performed at Salisbury International Festival to a sell-out audience, and then at The Prague Fringe where it received a 'Spirit of the Fringe Award' nomination and was 'pick of the fringe'.

COMPANY FZ are Flick Ferdinando and John-Paul Zaccarini. This unique partnership creates work that is challenging, sensitive and passionate.

Company FZ are renowned for their unique synthesis of comedy, visual imagery, circus inspired choreography and text and are the creators of Throat, Loser, Besame Mucho Cabaret. The company develops ideas of visual theatre that are continually moving forward, harnessing what they believe to be a theatrical experience for a contemporary world.

The work is at times driven with a strong narrative and other times productions are more visually arresting, but above all the audience is taken on a journey that is full of emotional content often moving from hilarity to tragedy. The starting point for all the work is from social observation and reflection on human behaviour.

This is visual theatre for the 21st Century.
