Enter Tony Perrelli, a man in his 60s resigned to the fact that he will not achieve the goals that he dreamed of in his youth. He is a Frank Sinatra tribute artist about to make his final performance at a venue, which like Tony, has seen better days.
As he settles into his dressing room to prepare for the show, a stranger enters dressed in U.S. military uniform...
