The Brick People

The Brick People

The BRICK People provide a variety of hire, corporate, commissions, and event services all using genuine LEGO® BRICKS.

makin projects are delighted to be partnering with The BRICK People and offering their daytime events to our UK venue and programming friends.

These LEGO® events are hosted in a wide variety of spaces; foyers, museums, village halls, studios.

"Having The BRICK People at Cranleigh Arts centre was an absolute pleasure, The atmosphere in the building was magic with happy faces young and old. We cannot wait until they return"
Sophie Woods, Director, Cranleigh Arts

Events consist of various LEGO® activity tables, some containing self-building activities such as mosaics, tower building, etc, and other tables featuring monitored activities such as a timed speed or tower build, where names of the builders are entered onto a leader board for the day for all to see. There are also a selection of amazing official and unofficial LEGO® creations by The BRICK People and the wider LEGO® hobbyist community.

The BRICK People and makin projects love the way that these events bring families together, in an inclusive and active environment which caters for both children and their grown-ups. LEGO® is hugely popular at the moment with all ages and these events often attract an audience which may not be your traditional theatre or arts attending groups.

Importantly the activities on offer are accessible to a wide range of ages and cater for everything from the competitive spirit through to the want to create at a more relaxed pace.

The BRICK People;

  • bring official LEGO® sets and amazing custom builds
  • pick and custom build sets along a particular theme of your choosing
  • provide additional LEGO® BRICK related activities and challenges for children and adults at the tables

This is a great addition to our events and inspires members of the public to build more at home.
  • ANAGRAM TRAILS We hide minifigures and small builds around the venue or our LEGO® displays. Each figure holds a letter for the visitors to find. We provide A5 anagram trail sheets for the children to complete and uncover the mystery word. Anyone who fills in their email address for us will be entered into a raffle draw for a small prize which is announced via email and across our social media platforms.
  • SEASONAL THEMED BUILD EVENTS such as using thousands of red, green and white brocks to build ‘all things Festive’, etc.
